The handles of a new ergonomic range of garden tools consist of a softer Santoprene TPE insert overmolded onto a polypropylene (PP) substrate. Santoprene TPE was selected because it met the OEM's design and performance requirements for the combination of different materials. The unique "bow-shape" designed handle exhibits a high coefficient of friction, providing a secure grip regardless of whether it's wet or dry.
