Designed for molding tiny parts at high speeds, Nissei’s ES200H has a number of design features to boost injection speed and permit simultaneous operations. With clamping force of 20 tons, the press is capable of molding items such as small connectors with cycle times of about 0.6 s.
In order to achieve cycle times less than one second, the machine is able to perform some operations simultaneously, including: injection during mold clamping; mold opening/closing while metering; ejection functions while the mold is opening; and retracting the ejector during mold closing.
Injection speed is 350 mm/sec.
The ES200H has a special screw design and surface treatment for engineering resins, and a new type of temperature control system.
