Ropak Opens State-Of-The-Art Molding Plant

Double-digit sales growth has led Ropak Canada Inc. to open a new injection molding facility in Oakville, Ont. The plant also serves as a warehousing facility. It incorporates some innovative ideas in industrial engineering design and well as an automated guided vehicle materials handling system.

In addition to the new Oakville plant, Ropak operates two others in Canada and six in the U.S. The company produces injection molded rigid plastic shipping containers, tote boxes and collapsible bulk bins for a wide variety of uses.
