Wittmann, Inc. offers an end-of-arm tooling (EOAT) kit for standard take-out applications. The flexible kit comes complete with all the necessary components for molders to build EOATs. The kit includes mounting plates, mounting structure, a variety of mounting brackets, vacuum cups, level compensators, runner gripper, tubing and hardware. Reducing the cost of EOAT using a flexible kit may open up applications where a robot might not otherwise have been considered.
Typical applications include parts where there is sufficient surface area to allow for vacuum cups to make contact and even those that require the removal of a runner.
