A leading provider of medical diagnostic ultrasound systems and image management products has chosen RADEL R Polyphenylsulfone, made by Amoco Polymers, as the material for its ultrasound probes (transducers). RADEL R transducers are highly resistant to impact, hold up well in repeated chemical sterilization environments and are stain resistant.

In addition to medical devices, RADEL R is used in aircraft

cabinet interior components, electronic applications, chemical process equipment and automotive parts.
