The new Innovator LT polyurethane processing system is a re-engineered version of Linden/ EMB’s original Innovator. It is designed to provide companies with an entry level system or to offer an accurate, productive system to companies on a limited budget.
The LT utilizes a standard design, a simple layout and modular components that permit the system to be modified to a customer’s needs. It provides a wide range of outputs, from 8 lb/min. to 375 lb/min. Ratios can be set to range from 1:5 to 5:1. Standard features include an Allan-Bradley SLC 5/03 processor, day tanks with ASME ratings up to 150 psi, bag filters and Rexroth axial piston pumps.
