Plug-and-play multi-color molding

A cost-effective answer to starting up multi-color, multi-component molding operations is available from Sandretto USA and its sister company Windsor Kunststofftechnologie GmbH. Windsor’s PlugXpress is a series of injection units that can easily be attached to any existing molding machine as a plug-and-play type of system.

Virtually any brand of machine can be retrofitted with a PlugXpress unit so it offers a cost effective method of adding two- component capability to a plant. A custom interface is the basis for mounting the unit to the existing molding machine and for executing data transfer.

The add-on units are constructed as modular systems, and are composed of standardized individual components dictated by the machine brand, size of machine and machine specifications.
