More than 160 companies signed for almost 65,000 sq. ft. of exhibit space during the Plast-Ex 2004 space draw last month.

“The 160 contracted exhibitors that we have at the moment represent virtually hundreds more when you consider that many are agents of plastics companies with global interests,” says Sally Damstra, director, International Trade and Shows, CPIA.

The successful format of Plast-Ex 2001 will continue for the 2004 event. CPIA has paired up with the Society of Engineers Ontario Section to provide breakfast seminars and lunch-and-learn sessions throughout the show. The concept of theme days will continue, with automotive, packaging, construction and productivity improvement/lean manufacturing on the agenda.

Plast-Ex runs May 3-6, 2004 at the International Centre in Toronto.
