Plast-Ex 2004 Show-In-Print: Blow Molding

LONG STROKE MACHINE WITH MULTIPLE FEATURES

Automa is exhibiting an updated version of the AT5D machine, now called the AT5DL (long stroke) continuous extrusion blow molding machine. The updated version has a 450 mm stroke and will be configured at the show with a double head. The machine can also accommodate a quad head at 100 mm and a triple head at 135 mm.

The machine has a Xaloy coated bimetallic screw and barrel, AC vector drive, proportional valve on the clamp, fast/slow pin movement, bottle merge conveyor and other standard features.
