Mark Benoit is the new chair of manufacturing and transportation at St. Clair College (Windsor, Ont.). He will oversee program for moldmaking, tool and die, CAD/CAM and machining technicians.

Prithu Mukhopadhyay has joined Matra Plast (Long Sault, Ont.) as QA, materials and development manager. Matra Plast produces multiwall sheet of polycarbonate, polyethylene and polypropylene.

John R. Dale has been promoted to vice-president, Amcor Twinpak — North America Inc. (Montreal) and group general manager, Amcor Rigid Plastics – North America. Amcor Rigid Plastics produces plastic containers and lids for the dairy, food and food service markets.

Neil Montgomery has been appointed president of Davis Controls Ltd. (Oakville, Ont.). Montgomery has led the transformation of Davis Controls from a traditional distributor of industrial control hardware to an automation solution provider.

Peter Behnam has joined Ampacet Canada Co. (Kitchener, Ont.) as a sales representative. He is responsible for sales in Western Canada, and will be based in North Vancouver, BC.

Brian Davis has joined Nucon Systems Inc., Division of Wittman, as U.S. product manager. Based in Markham, Ont., Davis is responsible for all Nucon representatives throughout the U.S. Davis has seventeen years of experience in the plastics auxiliary marketplace.
