Gary Mercer has been appointed technical sales representative for Clariant Masterbatches Division in Mississauga, Ont. Mercer, who has been with Clariant for over 20 years, will be responsible for territory from Toronto to Brockville. Also, Dave McDonald has been named technical manager at Clariant. Dave has over 20 years experience in the pigments and masterbatch industry.
Steve Horner has joined Mien Plastics Ltd. (Ajax, Ont.) as sales and marketing manager. Horner has over 20 years of experience in the plastics industry and will be responsible for marketing the company’s moldmaking and injection molding capabilities.
Nick Grambone, technical sales representative at C.W. Brabender Instruments Inc. is now responsible for Canadian sales. He is based at the company’s office in South Hackensack, NJ. C.W. Brabender manufactures testing instruments, extrusion equipment and auxiliary equipment for the plastics industry.
