Pelletizing system optimized for color compounds, masterbatches

The MB500 Masterbatch Pelletizing System from Gala Industries incorporates a new tempered water system that allows cleaning between batch runs of color compounds or masterbatches to reduce the possibility of contamination. The system can handle pellet rates up to 500 kg/hr.

The MB500 is designed for ease of maintenance with tank lids that open for unobstructed access to the interior of the process water tank, which features a sloped bottom for drainage and a built-in fines-removal system to filter contaminates from the process water. The centrifugal pellet dryer is mounted on a manually operated lift arm to allow the dryer to be removed from the tank for easy access to the dryer screen, rotor and base section.
