The BF 200 Gauge Control Unit from SolveTech Incorporated measures on-line film thickness after the layflat for improved productivity and quality with reduced scrap. The non-contact measuring head contains no nuclear sources and is highly resistant to dust, dirt and vibration. The head is not affected by film opacity, and is compact for easy mounting. The BF 200 system is simple, expandable, and offers analog output and RS232 Serial Data Link options. The Gauge Control Unit provides power and signal conditioning for the head, as well as displays, controls, and signal connections.
