It’s been said that a bad day on the golf course still beats a good day in the office, and no one pictured here would disagree. June is one of the busiest months for golf in Canada’s plastics industry, with hundreds of golfers from a variety of companies, associations and societies teeing off to yell “Fore,” shoot six and write down five. On June 14, the Canadian Plastics Pioneers (CPP) held its annual golf tournament and reunion dinner at Richmond Hill Golf & Country Club, Richmond Hill, Ont. The following day, the Society of Plastics Engineers (SPE) Ontario met for its own annual tournament and dinner at Station Creek in Gormley, Ont.
