GLS Corp. is introducing two distinct and unique products at this year’s K Show. The Versaflex OM 6100 Series is a line of TPEs especially developed for overmolding on most types of standard and modified nylons, including heat stabilized, lubricated and impact-modified grades. The OM 6100 series provides superior adhesion to nylon; as well it has excellent colorability and a soft, non-slip surface.

GLS is also launching its new line of high-performance “rubberized” thermoplastic urethane (TPU) alloys sold under the Versollan name. The first two grades, Versollan RU 2204 and RU 2205, are being touted as some of the softest TPU alloys available at 55 Shore and 65 Shore, respectively. The new grades exhibit a “warm, rubbery”, rather than a cold plastic feel and are designed to be overmolded on either PC, ABS or PC/ABS.
