BFGoodrich has added the high resiliency and rebound properties of rubber to the unique toughness and durability characteristics of Estane thermoplastic polyurethane technology to produce EstaGrip TPE engineered thermoplastic systems.

EstaGrip TPE technology provides excellent adhesion to a number of polymers with no need for chemical adhesion promoters or mechanical interlock designs. The EstaGrip materials will bond well with ABS, polycarbonate, ABS/PC blends, rigid PVC, PVC/ABS blends, PPO/PS materials and a variety of other engineering grade polymers.

Used for ignition bezels, EstaGrip TPEs provide outstanding adhesion, comfort and durability.

EstaGrip TPEs can be molded in standard injection equipment, demonstrating good flow characteristics and competitive molding cycles.
