Extensive software and hardware advances in the Evolution Series of Autojectors vertical-clamp insert-molding machines provide greater speed and flexibility, more control capabilities and improved operator friendliness.

The Evolution machines offer up to 40 percent greater mold space than prior models, a smaller footprint, and an enhanced hydraulic system. A fixed volume pump supplements a variable volume pump to eliminate accumulators.

Light curtains around the perimeter of the rotary table are standard equipment. These permit “one-touch” cycle initiation, and free up the operator to work on other tasks.

The new VerteX control system enables fast process start-ups, simplified mold changing and precise clamp operation.
