Rapistan Systems’ Accumulation Conveyor, model 1265, offers quiet operation at high speeds, low energy use and four different modes of accumulation. Model 1265, a zero-pressure accumulation conveyor, is ideal for package distribution and in-process manufacturing applications.

A central design element is the new belt drive system to power the rollers. The belt design features the use of the high-performance, lightweight engineering material, Kevlar, from Dupont. The narrow belt is adjustment free, has high wear resistance, offers quiet operation at high speeds, and does not stretch.

Maintenance is simple because of its modular construction.
