Milling system offers smooth cut, easy set-up

D-M-E Company introduces a line of milling systems for moldmakers featuring seven Widia Valenite products. The products include a chamfering mill, roughing and finishing ball nose end mills, copy mills and face mills, and square shoulder mills, all designed for versatility, smooth cutting action and easy set-up.

For example, the M27 Ball Nose End Mills are ideally suited for both cavity and contour milling, featuring an extended radius shape from 180 to 230 degrees that provides a greater application range for fewer set-ups and more cutting options.

Inserts and shank adapters for the entire line of milling systems are also available.
