Added features make toggle machines more durable

HPM Corporation has introduced its second generation of 60-560 ton Universal brand toggle-clamp machines with a host of new features, but holds the price from when the series was first introduced more than two years ago. In addition to redesigning the machines to make them more durable than previous models, the new Universal II machines offer a host of new benefits, which make them easier to service and provide increased reliability. They also require less maintenance. New features include a new multi-language control system with bigger screen and controls, hydraulic system check valves, lubrication enhancements including flexible tubing for improved flexibility and durability, improved gate and guard support brackets to improve operator safety and system durability, and more compact injection unit guards to improve maintenance accessibility.
