Optiflex ultra-clear thermoplastic elastomers from STAR combine clarity with softness for applications in medical, consumer and sporting goods markets. The Optiflex grades are available in hardnesses from Shore A 30 to 60.

The new compounds are 75 to 93% clear, offering advantages for see-through grips and other applications where visual clarity is important.
