To meet Europe’s “Blue Angel” ecological standard, LNP Engineering Plastics offers Lubriloy D FR ECO internally lubricated polycarbonate-based composites. According to LNP, the Blue Angel standard requires that neither halogen or bromides be present in the product, and PTFE must be kept to a maximum of 0.5 percent.
With a patented proprietary lubricant alloy, Lubriloy meets this requirement while offering similar wear and friction performance to PTFE-lubricated polycarbonate composites.
