Advanced Elastomer’s M300 family of Santoprene thermoplastic elastomers for use in soft-touch automotive interior applications claim a 50 percent reduction in fogging versus competitive commercial thermoplastic elastomers. Testing under the DIN 75201B standard (100C for 16 hours), yields fogging results as low as 0.7 milligrams.

The materials are dry, non-greasy, non-glossy, lightweight and have good UV stability. They are available in black injection molding grades with hardnesses of 65 or 80 Shore A. Colorable versions of M300 are planned.
