By ensuring that the ejector plate assembly is fully returned before allowing a mold to close, D-M-E’s Thinswitch limit switch prevents costly mold damage. The new switch is only 3/16 in. thick and fits between the ejector bar and ejector housing. An adjustable operating point allows actuation between 0.187 in. and 0.250 in. from the base. It can also be used on core slides or any place space is limited.

The Thinswitch comes with stripped and tinned 6 ft. wire leads and all mounting hardware, making it easy to install without modification.
