Ipl Buys Windsor Molder

IPL Inc. has acquired the privately-owned Windsor-based company, Prelude Plastic Products Corp. The purchase will enhance IPL’s automotive parts business by about $12 million in the first year of ownership, according to IPL president and CEO Julien Metivier.
