Internal Lubricant for Engineering Resins

An internal lubricant and processing aide from Axel Plastics Research Laboratories improves release of parts from the mold, as well as increasing melt flow and enhancing dispersion. MoldWiz INT-40DHT is specially formulated for PES and other engineering resins processed at high temperatures (500-700F or 260-371C).

In recent customer evaluations, INT-40DHT was compared with similar processing additives, and was selected as the best product for dispersing titanium dioxide.

Available in 100 percent active powder or pellet form, the product is easily dry tumbled, gravitationally fed or compounded into resin.
