FAST-CYCLING HYBRID IMM

Mitsubishi’s new EM series machines combine overlapping functions and high accuracy mold clamping for faster cycles on a range of larger tonnage injection molding machines.

To achieve faster cycles, the mold closing and opening, core movement, and tie-bar nut movement are all performed at high speed. A function called Peakless Pressure Control allows high speed filling. Cooling time can be reduced due to the uniform, low temperature plasticating of the UB screw.

Mold opening and closing are controlled by servo motors, providing superior accuracy of position. The means that even at high-speed settings, the stop position is very repeatable and robot chucking errors are eliminated.

The EM line is available in 720, 950 and 1200 tons.

NEED TRACEABILITY? HERE IT IS
