Infrared camera eliminates ambient light problems

VisionScope infrared CCD camera technology eliminates ambient lighting issues in mold monitoring and inspection. The infrared tunes out the ambient light spectrum that can cause false-failure problems from lighting inconsistencies.

The mold monitoring technology uses a CCD camera mounted on the press to view the molding process, protect the tool and verify the product quality. The system automatically stops the process and summons an operator in the event of a problem that could damage the mold or the product.
