Husky closes Vermont plant (September 01, 2005)

Husky Injection Molding Systems Ltd. plans to close one of its two facilities in Milton, Vt., in September, and move the jobs back to Canada.

Sixty-nine jobs will be moved to the firm’s headquarters in Bolton, Ont.

The Milton, Vt. plant made control cabinets for Husky’s injection molding machines, according to Tony Maraschiello, spokesperson for Husky in Bolton.
