High-speed, dependable punch station for in-line thermoforming systems

A new punch station is available on the SC Series of automated, computer-controlled, in-line thermoforming systems designed for the OEM and custom thermoformer markets, to produce blisters, clamshells, trays and other pressure/vacuum formed plastic parts. It is available in a variety of formats including 22 in. x 22 in., 30 in. x 30 in., 30 in. x 36 in. and special size systems.

All SC series are high-speed, automated machines incorporating advanced PC controls, using Windows-based operating systems on a color touch-screen operator interface panel, making machine setup and operation simpler than previously possible. These systems feature heavy-duty, welded structural steel frames, use solid steel full-size form and trim press platens (to eliminate deflection), advanced multi-zone preheating system, high tonnage trim press, various parts stacking/off-loading systems, and are specifically designed for dependable three-shift production in harsh industrial environments.
