Motan has added a variety of new drying products which incorporate its patented energy-saving process, the ETA-process.
The ETA-process was developed by Motan to gain maximum utilization of the heat developed in high-temperature drying. The heat recovery system uses the return heat from the drying bin to preheat the process air coming from the dryer. Less heat is used to increase the temperature of the process air, resulting in significant reductions in operating cost. A booster heater assures precise at-the-bin temperature control.
New style drying bins have been engineered for the Luxor drying line that take full advantage of the ETA-process. Motan estimates that drying certain materials with the new Luxor system can save processors over 40 percent on their expenditures of dryer energy.
