Two new beside-the-press granulators in Cumberland Engineering’s 1000 Series use a cutting chamber design that offers enhanced processing capability. This design tilts the cutting chamber, resulting in increased application versatility and the ability to handle sprues, runners and injection molded reject parts.
The 1000 Series consists of 10″ 5 12″ and 10″ 5 18″ granulators with three-blade, open-scooped rotors that feed materials up to 450 and 550 lb./hr., respectively.
