The new DataMan 100V fixed-mount verifiers from Cognex Corporation ensure code quality and uniformity of all parts entering the manufacturing and supply chains, making it ideal for precision parts manufactured for the automotive, aerospace, packaging, electronics, healthcare and defense industries.
The DataMan 100V measures label and direct part mark quality to all industry standards, including the “Association for Automated Identification and Mobility (AIM) Direct Part Mark (DPM) Quality Guideline,” which ensures consistent results across different verification platforms, manufacturing environments and industries as well as ISO15415 and AS9132.
Designed for ease of use, the 100V series comes standard with an automatic report generation service that is well suited for MIL-STD compliance applications.
The DataMan 100V is available for easy integration into marking, labeling or other types of equipment, or as a complete turnkey solution for contract compliance applications.
