Vertical sleeve storage system

Flex Essentials Inc. has recently introduced the vertical FlexStor printing and anilox sleeve storage system, designed to protect sleeves from damage while allowing high density storage and easy accessibility.

The sleeves are mounted vertically on racks, and stacked two or three high, depending on the width of the sleeve. The top of the sleeve is stabilized with a disc on the inside diameter of the sleeve. Additionally, the sleeves are adjustable in the centre distance to maximize storage density; small repeat sleeves can be stored on closer centres than large repeat sleeves.

The system is configurable according to inventory requirements, and is easily expanded in the future.
