Ultrasonic instrument measures tiebar tension
The StressTel BoltMike III ultrasonically measures tension and clamp load of threaded fasteners, and can be used to verify tension in tiebars and tierods in injection molding machines.
The instrument is lightweight (2.5 lb.) and has a large, easy-to-read display. It displays fastener load, stress and elongation simultaneously, and also offers rapid calibration and setup.

User-friendly hot runner temperature control
Gammaflux introduced at K 2001 a new line of hot runner temperature control systems with:
new software for enhanced user-friendliness;
a smaller overall size;
tighter temperature control through enhanced algorithms;
lower price than previous Gammaflux control systems.
The TTC models introduced at K can control 12 to 256 zones. They are available as a panel mount system, which allows the Gammaflux control system to be used by any injection molding machine as a direct tie-in to the machine’s regular control panel, eliminating the need for a separate hot runner control cabinet.
