At the Expoplast space draw in March, Robert Gauthier, chairman of the show advisory committee, announced that over 75% of exhibit space is sold, and that sales are up compared with the 1999 show. As well, 26 exhibitors who have not exhibited in previous shows are signed up.
Expoplast, which takes place on October 23-24 in Montreal, is owned and managed by the Canadian Plastics Industry Association.
A technical conference to accompany Expoplast will be developed by the Quebec section of the Society of Plastics Engineers (SPE).
In addition, the show will highlight the pharmaceutical, medical and personal care markets.
