Engel develops vertical insert molding system

Responding to the growth of vertical injection molding, Engel has developed a systems approach for this market.

Engel’s vertical molding systems employ either a bridge-type or tiebarless frame which provides an open mold area for larger molds and better access to automation. Servo-pneumatic or full servo robots, and EC100 or CC100 RISC-based control are fully integrated for quick in-plant start-up.
