Foremost’s SEP-GA Guardian Series metal detectors are able to detect and separate contaminants down to 0.02 in. from pelletized, granular or free-flowing powder materials.
The Guardian Series detectors use inductance sensing to identify ferrous and non-ferrous metals by density. Throughput as high as 243 cu. ft. per hour is possible.
Diverse configurations allow placement almost anywhere in the process, and the controls can be easily integrated with a PLC- operated system.
