Using Eastar DN004 copolyester from Eastman Chemical for a redesigned suction nozzle has improved the efficiency of the new Puzzi spray-extraction cleaner system from Alfred Karcher GmbH and Company (Germany).
“The copolyester is tough, allowing for contact with various surfaces, and transparent, allowing the operator to keep a constant check on the condition of the treated area. Eastar DN004 also offers chemical resistance to various cleaning solutions,” says Frank Schad of Karcher.
The injection molded cleaning nozzles use a concave, trumpet-shaped interior to guide the system’s cleaning jets in an efficient manner with minimal interior turbulence.
