Compressed Air Units Cut Maintenance

One way to eliminate the high maintenance needs of conventional hopper loaders is to eliminate the motor and motor brush concerns. Opti Temp offers a hopper loader that uses compressed air venturi action to load material from drums or boxes beside the machine.

Optiload is quiet and light, with no motors or brushes and a stainless steel receiver. It can be hopper mounted or purchased with a sight glass to mount on the machine throat.

Also available is a compressed air venturi dryer from Autoload, a subsidiary of Universal Dynamics Inc. The Autodry has no moving parts, no blower, no valves, and is said to use less energy than dessicant dryers.
