Husky Injection Molding Systems has introduced a full range of two- and four-drop hot runner systems to match standard plate sizes for D-M-E and National mold bases. The Pronto hot runner systems provide almost unlimited nozzle pitch spacing and offer a selection of hot tip, valve gate or thermal sprue gating.
Within a defined pitch zone, the mold designer can choose almost any nozzle pitch spacing to fit gating and cavity layout requirements. Using standardized plate sizes, engineering and manufacturing turnaround has been reduced to achieve four week delivery.
