Boston Matthews’ Compact line is an all-in-one complete extrusion system consisting of 1.25 in. AC vector extruder, 8 ft. cooling bath and AC vector puller/servo-rotary cutter combination unit. The line is designed for the production of small tubes and profiles and provides processors with a complete extrusion solution without incurring large capital expense or using too much valuable floor space.
The Compact incorporates the latest AC vector and PLC technology to ensure maximum precision. Additionally, the line is virtually maintenance free. The new line will be running at NPE.
