Blow Molding: High-Speed Blow Molding

The SBIII-250LL-50S blow molding machine is a variation of the Direct Heatcon, three-station, single-stage injection stretch-blow molding machines pioneered by Aoki. The machine combines the most advanced high-cycle technology with practical, easy-to-use operation controls. At NPE the machine will demonstrate continuous molding of beverage bottles in an eight cavity mold at a rate of 4,800 bottles per hour.
