Mould-tek’s new Exac-U-Batch GXB gravimetric weigh scale batch blenders use microprocessor-controlled RTLS (real time live scale) to deliver target weights consistently from batch to batch. Compared to the hunt system, the GXB ensures 100 percent consistency.
The GXB dispenses each of up to eight ingredients within 0.1 percent accuracy.
A simple, easy-to-read LCD screen displays menus that allow selection of the various functions via the keypad. Up to 100 recipes can be stored and accessed from memory. Actual weights are continuously displayed on LED indicators.
A variety of management reports can be produced and sent to the printer port.
The GXB dispenses major ingredients using unique pinch valves that are unaffected by abrasive, dusty or irregular materials.
