Vibratory stability control (VSC) is now standard on all of Wittmann Inc.’s traversing robots. VSC helps to ensure maximum precision and repeatability for all applications, including close tolerance operation for part removal, insert molding, in-mold labeling, degating, box filling and packaging.
Dual, high-precision ground bearings absorb shock and vibration for both high dynamic and static load condition. The vibratory stability control allows for faster ramp up and down of the robot, hence improving speed profile for optimum speed and positioning accuracy.
