Real time two-way communication between Mould-tek’s GXB blenders and a PC is now possible using the T-COM2 software system. The software provides complete reporting of all functions on demand to ensure the user can keep track of such areas as materials inventory, formula precision, hours of operation, cycling and many others.
Control is still available at the individual blender. All functions and menus are in memory at both the blender controller and PC. When an operator makes changes at either location they are automatically entered in the other.
At the PC, a display shows real time conditions of run status, ID numbers, alarms status, lb./hour, batches completed, formulas and actual weights of each ingredient processed.
