A versatile gravimetric batch blender control from AEC/HydReclaim allow users in injection molding, blow molding or extrusion operations to enter recipe information in the format best suited to their operation.
EZ Mode is suitable for injection molding, metering color and additives as a percentage of the virgin material. The Percentage Mode allows extrusion and blow molders to meter all ingredients as a percentage of the overall batch. Parts Mode provides simple, one-touch ratio recipe entry (e.g. 50:1).
The touch-screen control is based on an Allen-Bradley PLC, with menu-driven programming for control and monitoring.
