The Acrolab Group has achieved ISO 9001:2000 accreditation for two subsidiaries, Acrolab Ltd. and Isolab Inc. Acrolab is one of the first companies in Canada to achieve the new certification.
The new 2000 standard recognizes that any quality management system must have at its core customer service and satisfaction. “It has always been our philosophy to ensure that we are meeting our customers needs and expectations for quality, service, and value. Now it is also an essential part of our quality management system” explains Andrew Williams, managing director of the Acrolab Group.
Acrolab is a leader in heat transfer technology. Isolab Inc. provides comprehensive calibration and certification services, traceable to NIST/NRC standards.
The company has also appointed Brian Davidson as a sales representative for Isolab in southwestern Ontario.
