CTMA Plant Tour: Samco Machinery

Founded by Joe Repovs in 1972 and currently headed by CEO, Bob Repovs, Samco is an ISO 9001 certified company providing complete turnkey rollforming systems including uncoilers, coil cars, flatteners, roll form dies, rollformers, presses, and material handling solutions. They have clients in 34 countries around the globe and provide solutions for automotive, metal building and construction, transportation, storage, energy, and consumer products. Samco Machinery is a global exporter, with an additional manufacturing plant in India, which believes in embracing innovation and in engineering solutions for their customers.

On this tour, participants will see Samco Machinery’s 164,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility which entails four bays that house equipment assembly, tool and die, CNC and machine shop capabilities, electrical assembly and a rolling division. Participants will also get a chance to see Samco Machinery’s project management process and understand how various departments “tap in” to create a cohesive method that places customers’ requirements first.
