SIG Ryka purchased

Rick Hanke, managing director of SIG Ryka Inc., and Alfie Stein, chief financial officer at the company, have purchased SIG Ryka, a designer and manufacturer of blow molds based in Toronto. Hanke and Stein purchased the company from parent SIG Finance AG of Switzerland. The new company is called Ryka Molds Inc. Hanke is the company’s president and Stein is its vice-president and CFO.
“Under the new ownership Ryka will continue to supply quality blow molds to its traditional markets that include packaging, industrial and automotive,” said Hanke.
